HSOP DOGGIE DAY OUT AGREEMENT & WAIVER

Program Rules:

Participant must be at least 18 years old.
Dogs must be transported in an enclosed vehicle (no riding in open truck beds or convertible tops).
Dogs must remain on leash at all times and are not permitted at off-leash dog parks.
Dogs must never be left unattended.
Participants must clean up after the dog.
Many dogs may have recently undergone medical procedures. no swimming or bathing is allowed.
All dogs remain the property of the Humane Society of Parkersburg (HSOP). Failure to return the dog may result in civil or criminal liability.

Liability Waiver:

I understand that participation in the HSOP Doggie Day Out Program is voluntary. I acknowledge and accept all risk associated with hndling and being around shelter dogs, including but not limited to animal bites, scratches, or property damage.

I agree to release and hold harmless the Humane Society of Parkersburg (HSOP), its officers, directors, staff, volunteers, and other affiliates from any and all claims, liabilty, damage, or expenses arising from my participation in this program.
